Are you positive about that Sombre. I was pretty sure that the only way to get out of a castle safely was to retreat from a storm attempt, not a break seige attempt.

I've definitely used break siege and battlefield retreat orders to successfully get a garrison out fortification that was about to fall. I'm guessing it hasn't changed from 3.08.
