Skins supported by the game are very limited.
Only things that you can change are very few bitmaps most of them graphical buttons.
The layout of the main screen and windows will always be black with blue borders, all you can change are corner bitmaps.
Background will always be plain black, and fonts will always be blue and white. (although making a new font with the same name and internal name is possible to change its look )
