Aside from the Japanese/USMC no surrender to each other code there are only a few minor hand to hand bonus given to some nations and they are only given out in 1 in 10 or 1 in 4 or 1 in 6 chances and that code only "rolls" for that bonus when both enemies are in the same hex with each other which is generally a rare occurance so really, there are very few "hardwired" by nation attributes in the game.

Thank you DRG, I stand corrected, I've been playing this game so long. I've deluded myself in to believing otherwise. Maybe it's me as their CO which makes them seem like they have "other" atributes. DAMN!!
