Oh, and MA Mictlan lives in province 177. Unlike me and Lanka, he cannot just reanimate some patrollers when you blitz his capital.
SO - cover it with hurricanes, ill portents, or other such hoopla! It won't much hamper his military, but it will prevent him recruiting his only decent mages, which are capital only.
