Disappearing text and menus

Having played for one or two turns, the menus, icons and texts suddenly disappear and I have to reset the game. Any idea what might cause this? I have the newest version installed. I´ll post the specs of my laptop PC if needed.

Problem solved. Accidently started the backup copy of Dom3, which .exe file was corrupted.
