Gigi Edgely is good.

Mathilda May is hardly a 'character' in this movie. (Note that they didn't even give her a name!) She just prances around naked a lot, never speaking more than a word or two, in a movie with some scifi back-story. If she qualifies then a lot of other marginal cases could be added to the lists.

e.g.

Morgan Fairchild for "Star Command" (no serious nudity, though)
Hey, Kelly Hu was in that one, too!
And Eva Habermann from "Lexx"!

Kim Basinger for "My Stepmother is an Alien" (also little nudity)

Mimi Rogers and Laci Chabert for that awful "Lost in Space" remake (but neither of them gets naked).

Denise Richards and Dina Meyer for "Starship Troopers" (Both did much more 'acting' than Mathilda May... though only Dina got naked.)

If you're just looking for skin, you'd probably find lots of former Playboy centerfolds have made lots of unnoticed and unremembered movies, and some of them are technically 'Scifi'.
