I not going to allow you to easily escape after you exhibited that very fine looking, but incomplete map. About every month or so I'm going to bump this.

I've made some progress today. Still a lot to do, but I made a tga version and made a playable map file. Currenty without seas. The finished one will have about 250-275 provinces.

I like NTJedi's idea of having independents named for Forum stalwarts. There's some good potential for humor in that idea.
Map looks very nice. The only criticism I can offer is that some of the coastlines are a bit too smooth to look natural.
