Is that why there hasn't been an offer for Ermor sooner? How is LA Ermor different from other nations in the late game?

Don't be frightened by Lingchihs statement. Ermor takes a bit more time since they have alot of troops, but other than that its very similar.

In this case the ermor player is in the top 3 (127 provinces) and also has access to all spells/etc so you might need to spend 2h+ during each 72 hour (hosting schedule), if you want to do the nation justice.

LA Ermor has 150 provinces and in every province you get freespaws.
