I like your theory Bob. I have no idea if it is right or wrong, but you are thinking along the right logical lines.

It may be my cold 3 as R'lyey that prevents my order scale from going up.

But I know Xietor is currently running into the scales bug as Acro. Xietor, you didn't happen to take cold scales by chance did you?
