Agartha: Halls of the Oracles

I can order commanders in my capital to "Enter: Halls of the Oracles". Anybody have an idea what actually happens in there? WHen I do set the order, I'm prompted to select a province so I'm thinking maybe it's a site search....?

I guess I'll give it a try and see what happens.
