Actually they didn't support Linux.
They write it ON Linux. They were nice enough 9smart enough) to support Windows and Mac also.
It seems to be the best of all worlds. The Linux version has made the sites easier to supprot multiple games and web interfaces. The Windows and Mac version supports the players. And it's great that you can use the same CD to install both for hosting on a linux and playing on a Windows machine if you have access to both.
Someone should pitch it on linux sites since we could use a couple more hosting sites.
