I hope everyone had a pleasant new year holiday. The game will be resuming its normal 24 hour quickhosting cycle as soon as the next turn goes out.

Would it be possible to make it 36-48hour? I don't think I'll have a problem with making 24hours, but on 24 hour I get the silly reminder emails.

On another note what do the crowns on the map represent? I thought it was everyone's start location but it appears that I was wrong.

They usually represent victory points but, because this game is not a VP game, they are mostly meaningless. Controlling them gives you a minor boost to your dominion in nearby lands, I think.

Edit: If they're bothering you, I can turn off the reminder e-mails, I think.

I was wondering how you thought you knew everybodys starting location, hopefully the positions are more evenly spread than you thought they were.
