Hello,

Does the GOLD AI now invade planets?
If so has anyone noticed it?

Dogscoff's Space Vikings have been invading planets since before Gold. Give them a try.

Hi Devin,
the Orks, Aquilaeian, and CueCappa also use troops to invade planets. All of them are in the TDM-Modpack. There might be some others that I am not aware of.

There are lots of races in the DevnullMod that use troops: Vikings, CueCappa, Abbidon, Norak, Toltayan, and (I think) Eee, Drushocka, and Praetorian as well. They will all use troops sooner or later. The Vikings will probably use troops first, the others might take a little longer as they research other units earlier (fighters, mines,or drones).

The Gold AI handles troop ships and invasions much better than before, so if you play for a while, you will surely see some attempts to planet capture.
