Looks nice to me, although it would be a bit weird starting in the messy bit in the top right (and also weird to leave it empty of start positions).

All the oceans are connected btw... I left only room for one nation to start out on the northeast top islands. The connections are a bit odd... you'd be island hoppers - but I think it'd be rather interesting.
This assumes all 3 water nations are present of course. I preset them in specific starting locations as evenly spaced apart as possible.
