Re: Change in Admin Duties
OK folks,
The Honarable FAJ has graciously agreed to take over the administative duties for this game.
FAJ--I'll be around if you have questions. Cor2 has offered his services as well, so the twoof you amy want to talk. IMO, it certainly doesn't hurt to have a backup to help keep an eye on things and respond to requests for time extensions, etc.
Enjoy the game!

Sweeping
The peaceful mercenaries^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H dwellers of the Mictlan jungles looked to our borders, and were pleased. For though our lands are small, no great armies loomed to threaten our lazing about and mushroom hunting.
But a great wind blew from the north, bearing tidings of a wave of horsemen, or manhorses, sweeping away all that lay before them! Where will these sweepers sweep next? We fear they will turn their gaze south, to our tranquil jungles.
As a favour to our friends, the nation of Pan, we hereby cancel our NAP with them, so that in three months time, when the leaves start to fall from the trees, they may commence the sweeping of our jungles.
Mictlan

Re: Whining because of losing
We are sorry to this hear from you. Remember that you made the deals and we never broke any of those. And you attacked us!
You should learn not to strangle anyone with early agression of territory mongering if you are not intending or capable of taking them out.
addon: And remember that becoming spiteful by denying the fruits of victory form the opponent but expecting fruits of victory from possible vicories over another players is contradictionary behaviour, that could be labeled as pathological.
Perhaps you'll learn someday.
Cheers Indypedal!

Re: Whining because of losing
There's something wrong with my turn's. They llamaserver.net wont send any messages of receiving those.
I am very confused. Tried my workplace's table and laptop computers and two different email softwares on those.
Programs show that the turn left and there wasn't any reply messages that would indicate the llamaserver.net would be down.
I am very confused.
Perhaps our workplace scans all attachments and deletes any files labelled midman*.* etc? dont know if that's possible, because the files goes trough gmail from the laptop and wireless into the deskcomputer's workplace-email. Huh?

Llama server
I saw in another llama game thread that nobody is getting responses any more.
If the game auto-hosts at 10:00 GMT as scheduled, and anyone staled because the email service was broken, then hopefully llamabeast has backups and will be kind enough to undo the turn and wait until everyone can submit before rehosting.
Edit: Rlyeh was the only one to stale. Was it an email problem? Or just normal staling?

Indypendant, a sad worm
I though that this community had got rid of whining worms like Indypendant who, when they lose even without a fight - run home with their armies but stick into the game turning their land into wasteland killing the population with masses of summoned blackhawks etc.
I am Sorry to see this really happen, as i have heard stories of this kind of sad losing but had not ever witnessed one.
I truly hope that Indypendant could grow up a bit and take a beating like a man, as he sure seems to have potential to face a lot more of that in the future.

My stale was mostly my fault, I just forgot to send my turn.

Fall Cleaning
And with the new season having fallen upon us, Mictlan is surprised to not yet see herds of centaurs sweeping through the swamps.
We will head north immediately to help prepare a proper welcome for their arrival.
