Re: 24 hour delay
Yes, the victory condition seems to be three victory points. Also I believe it takes quite some time to accumulate even one victory point. Perhaps if Machaka wasn't piddling around with C'tis and Arco something could be done about the island.

Re: 24 hour delay
Oh, Machaka are doing something alright. It appears to involve Tartarians and the Chalice - probably Gift of Reason too.

Re: 24 hour delay
No, I have only one VP from the graphs. I need two more, and there are still about 7 months before I can get another.
I don't think attacking Machaka is any worse than attacking me, actually. There's a bit of a gap between the top 3 nations and the others, and the best way to bring down any one of Machaka, Mictlan and Pythium is a dogpile. Since Machaka alresdy has C'tis and Arco on their backs, joining in is not tactically unsound.
Leaving Machaka to conquer C'tis/Arco and attacking Pythium without any backup might be considered an inferior strategic choice.

Re: 24 hour delay
Despite what some people seem to think, I am very interested in winning this game. I do what I think will acomplish that best. Its not my fault if some people are confused by my strategy - although Gregstrom clearly understands more than most.

Re: 24 hour delay
Oh man, that Enchanted Forest sucks. I expected better units in bigger quantities. And now I will have to run with mages and gather that single units from every province. I cannot believe I have wasted so many gems on that.

Re: 24 hour delay
I've made a post that we may need a perm sub for R'lyeh. I think we should postponed hosting of that turn by 24-48 hours to resolve all issues. If 3 players just disappear that games does not make sense.

And also the time stream would be ruptured and if thing's don't work out JUST SO then your grandparents will have failed to meet and you won't exist anymore. (but if you were in the Hall of Fame somebody can cast that one spell nad bring you back as a mummy)
