was wind ride changed in recent patch?

I haven't tried it recently since it no longer seemed to work the same. Last I recall the spell would always drop the enemy commander unless you were right next to the province.

Any confirmation on how it's currently working?

It was cast on me several times in a recent MP game. It always dropped and killed my size 2 commanders (except an earth mage who was unaffected).

(And a dragon who was too heavy too.)
