R'lyeh has staled 3 turns in a row. I'm going to start forcing host if they're the only nation left to submit a turn.

Why don't we set them to AI? Or at least ask the person playing if it is okey to have them as AI?

The reason I don't do it is I forgot to turn on masterpassword when I started the game

Just a heads up that I'm going to be out of town until April 20th. I'll still be playing my turns and the server should continue hosting. I'll have remote access to the host machine, but there is a slight risk that if something happens physically to the server I won't be able to reboot it. I don't anticipate any problems and this most likely will have no effect on anyone, but I did want to give a heads up in case something does happen.

Arcoscephale has now staled 3 consecutive turns. I'll now be forcing host whenever Arco and R'lyeh are the only two nations remaining to take their turns.
