This might be a stupid question but this is the first time I play under victory conditions so... how can I tell which provinces give out VP and how many do they offer?

Yeah, it's because the files are called late_chelms.2h/late_chelms.trn, so I figured Chelms was the proper name for the nation.

They show up on the map as crowns- one, two or three depending on what they are worth, and you need 25 to win. |

I will send mine within 12 hours Sorry for the delay, but the The instructions on the directory to find the pretender file are not correct for my system for some reason. And people wonder why i dislike pbm games.
