In the map .rar. A .rar is like a .zip. If you can't open it you're presumably running Windows, and should download WinRAR.

It's definitely in there, I just checked. It's an rgb rather than a tga though.

All the turns will say "resent" on the first turn 'cause of a quirk in the way Llama had to start the game, nothing to worry about.
If anyone has questions on the Llamaserver procedure hit the FAQ on his sig from 3 posts up.

From what I gather, we are not on a 24 hour turn cycle like the original post says we should be. Instead its currently set to 48 hours.
