At the same time True Faith into mighty Pretender of Helheim spreads peacefully among nearby heathens.

We almost do not need an army for new provinces to join our empire! At the same time we realize that there are those who don't want a peaceful coexistence and so we began a new project which would strengthen our army much. Totally for defense purposes, you understand!
