Anybody can have high levels of nature magic, Z. They can put it on their pretender and He/She can make the items.

Bogarus thought about going to cons 8. But then realized with my extremely poor pretender desing wouldn't make any sense. I have con 6 but can't craft a lot as the only item booster i can make is starshine cap. bogarus isnt' really a crafting nation as their mages top out around 2 in everything (had to get Pan to make me earth boots!)

I'd finger Pythium, TC or Mictlan.
