		Cinder from Killer Instinct.

In the arcade version he had a cheap as hell infinite combo glitch. Actually more than one I think.

You know, you COULD have read the rest of the Abysian description on page 97 of the manual. The quote I mentioned earlier continues "Malign devil-worshipping empires of the fantasy genre combined with some ancient Middle Eastern concepts, perhaps."

Really, it isn't that hard to look things up from the manual!

Maybe I just missed it somehow, but is there any other culture that uses the Burning Glyph as a Pretender God? I know it sounds silly, especially in a game where the goel is to BECOME a god, but it kinda bothers me that the one race that uses an Islamic/pseudo-Islamic symbol (I'm serious) are a bunch of demons.
OR WAS THIS INTENTIONAL, HRRRM?

I realize you meant that tongue in cheek, but Abysians are hardly a bunch of demons. I mean, sure they spread their dominion and summon demons by sacrificing women, but those are human women. It's most likely how we view cattle and steak.

But... demons! I doan like dem red fellers That being said, I think I'll just hack the Glyph to be available to another race; maybe Man, or MA Marignon* for $h175 and giggles.

*Speaking of which, is there any way I can replace LA/EA MArignon with MA Marignon and vice versa? MA Marignon is my favourite race to play, and I really want to pit my righteous fury against Ulmite vampires or primitive unbelievers. Halp?

		This is simple.

Make a mod. Key text in the mod should include:

#selectnation 32
#era 3
#end

Use era 3 for late age, era 1 for early. Activate the mod anytime you want to play the game that way.

Read the modding.pdf in your doc folder, or get the improved modding manual available on this forum, to understand modding basics.

 It's so simple...

Thanks Saulot! Will do this as soon as I get home. But just to be sure, will this replace LA Marignon with MA? or will it add the nation? 'Cos it's just occured to me that it would be hilarious if both Marignons met each other...

I believe both versions would exist at the same time.

I'm not sure if two nations of the same name can exist in the same era. If not, you could rename LA Marignon to something almost but not quite the same, like Marinade.

I believe MA Machaka can choose the Glyph. Marignon's Baphomet is almost identical IIRC.

Before burning a heretic, baste first with a mixture of:
10 cups crushed pineapple
3 1/3 cup soy sauce
3 1/3 cup honey
2 1/2 cup cider vinegar
20 cloves garlic, minced
10 teaspoons ginger powder
2 1/2 teaspoons powdered cloves

This mixture may be prepared up to seven days in advance, though it is advised that it be made on demand, as the freshness of the ingredients is directly proportinate to the amount of sin they absorb, as well as the strength of the flavour.

Tie the heretic to the stake, and set a fire of 400 F for half an hour. Then endeavour to reduce the heat to 350 F for the next 2 hours; the tongs you used to extract said heretic's confessions is a useful tool for this, and the heated up tool will prove useful in extracting further confessions from the heretic's companions (if any). Then reduce the heat further to 225 F for the next hour to hour and a half.

You can turn over the heatheb for the last 15-20 minutes of purification at a temp of 300°F (Pyre must be at least 250°F for browning to occur). Note that if you do this, you will have a higher risk of overpurifying the heretic.

One cooked, place on altar and garnish with the a sacred blend of 11 herbs and spices. Serves God.

-Inquisitors Gordanius Ramsey and Antonius Borden
