That's your local internal IP address. It'll work from somewhere on your local net, but not from the external world.

Cicadian, you should be able to configure your router to forward a port to your computer.

That is what I thought I did, but it does not appear to be working.
I'm fine with Ich hosting though, especially as his server provides snazzy stats and graphs
