Possible bug re-FO teams in v3

I just bought about a dozen of those formations - and all the FOOs had radios. So, no idea why yours had the problem.

If the commander in a platoon has no radio, then the subordinates don't as no use for them. That is why the FOO is the first unit in a FOO formation, or is in one with guaranteed radios (an arty formation, say). Not as a second to say an infantry section with a 10% chance of radio.

Check that the guy has not been killed off in the campaign so far - if his transport light truck is now the formation commander (as the FO unit was killed), with no radio - that could be the problem?.

See what happens in the next upgrade - save off, he should get a radio. If not - reload and try buying a replacement unit of the same type.

If the command is now the light truck - try buying one of the FO vehicles that can carry a few guys as its replacement.
