Possible bug re-FO teams in v3

The FO in fact was killed in the first battle. At the time of installing the patch I'm fighting my 4th battle in the campaign.

Thanks for the suggestion to buy a replacement FO guy, I was toying with the idea of doing that once I finish this battle

His truck also got blasted by enemy artillery in my last couple of turns, so it could be he regains the radio for his next battle too, lol.

Just to update about the situation. Once the battle was over and reviewing the units, the FO team did get his radio back. So I'm assuming that the problem was due to installing the patch halfway through a mission.
