Construction is not changed by the spell mod, since it messes up the even/odd symmetry if you can't move the items (and you can't). Could've changed the spells anyway, and left the odd-numbered levels empty, but decided not to do so.

I did the *artwork* on the map, and the technical work needed to make it wrap. I acknolwedge that the artwork was not as nice as it might have been - but it's functional. Anyone who wishes to pretty the image file up can do so; people can swap images out mid-game with no problems as long as the white province pixels don't move.

The start assignments were all done by Xietor so blame him for the problems there

E/W wrap would've required me to change province #s *if* I had added provinces in the gutter. Since I didn't, I suppose I could've done E/W wrap instead, but N/S was safer.
