Not sure if that's kosher, I mean those of us who witnessed what our neighbors did, could really make sure to screw them over, much more than I think they would affect the stalers by changing their plans.
But I dunno, other than missing out on recruitment, it wasn't the end of the world. I'm just annoyed I missed it by only a few minutes - I did my turn, and it timed out when I submitted it.
