Here's something strange... I was using the StuG 276 scenarios 141 thru 147 for testing, and noticed that the StuG's in those scenarios have both the AAMG and a BMG in the game and when you right click on the unit for details. However when you select "Information" it does not show the BMG, just the main gun and the AAMG. Looking though MobHack, the only StuG I saw with a BMG was Unit 873 Stug IIIf.
It is possible to change unit data while designing a scenario. Weapons and ammoloads included. These changes are stored in the scenario. The info screens refer directly to the OOB which remain unchanged by the above mentioned data change. On the other hand the scenario unit data (right click on unit - 1st screen)must reflect these changes.

DRG will become famous soon enough

Also.....

If the scenario was built with an OOB entry that was later changed the old values will be retained in the scenario while the new values will show up in the Encyclopaedia.

Thanks for the clarification on the scenario specific edits.

Any ideas on what I'm seeing where an AAMG on an immobilized vehicle may not be able to fire 360 degrees?

Here is the most recent test I ran: I selected a couple of Panthers, Stug IIIg, SdKfz 251/1, and SdKfz 251/10. After closing up to the advancing Russians, I had my Kampfgruppe turn tail and drive into buildings to immobilize them. The Panthers could turn the turret and fire the main gun & CMG with no problem, and the SdKfz 251/1 could fire the AAMG in any direction. However, the StuG IIIg and the SdKfz 251/10 that have their AAMG in the second weapons slot could only fire them in the frontal arc. Is the code set up where the nature of the primary weapon determines the firing arc of secondary weapons?

Thanks, Ross

Did you check LOS for the Stug?

Yes. The buildings were in flat open terrain.

Well if it's not something simple as blocked LOS or a damaged weapon ...
I hope someone more knowledgeable is on call!
