Yes, there was.
Made by shiram back in 2003.
It was known as OPERATION FINLANDIA and split into two smaller campaigns;
1) Operation Finlandia 1 - a Sweden (as player 1) vs Finland campaign in the somwhere in the Finnish archipelago
2) Operation Finlandia 2: Finnish Counterstrike - here Finland is player 1 vs Sweden, invading the northern border areas (i.e. my neck of the woods
).

Look for numbers 98 and 103.
Be advised, the camps were a little rough around the edges and I doubt they were updated for the windows version of MBT.
