I would go with solid borders.

Having the borders less obvious would be fine if thats what you had in mind but for some reason the dashes seemed to make it stand out even more.

I'll try and have /some/ Dark Elves ready by mid august

Just the basic troops perhaps. Witch elves and corsairs and executioners and all that.

And yeah, solid borders gett he thumbsup.
