Here are some suggestions & my error report (I didn't check all oob's).

Thanks for the detailed error report. I knew there were some loose icons in Obat02 (Poland). The relevant ones can be corrected as follow:

OOB 0bat002 Poland, unit #224 "152mm 2A61 FH" should get icon #3051 instead of current #3039.

The HMMWV Trynka is not used in the Cold War Mod OOB, and has been changed to nation=0, which you would have noticed if you had bothered playing the OOB, you modder

Regarding distorted icons in MOBhack, as far as I have seen for now, they cause no problem in he game. I don't know what causes this bug in the first place.

All the errors will be corrected in the next issue.
