I can move just fine in my test. :wtf:

edit: no, you're right - only provinces directly connected to my capital have connectivity, and only to my capital. very weird

further investigation: new game; restarted dom and created a new name... it is still only that one province (that was my starting province in my first try) that has any connectivity. Province 82

Ok, looking in the .map file... only those neighbours are listed lol... file was truncated perhaps?
