If so, that would explain his silent attack once our borders met, fair enough.

If not, well whoever IS playing them, Id guess that you assumed you were bumping against yet another AI nation. Such is not the case, and you're about to discover what Fomoria has been up to all this time, unless you have a really good explanation for yourself.
