There you go. Not that I use that piece of **** disguised as software.

Another thing you can do is turn off that annoying feature.

It's under Start->Control Panel->Security Center->User Account Control.

Saved games will then be under the normal place in ~\Program Files\dominions3, and you don't have to deal with all those message boxes everywhere when you install stuff.

thanks that is what was indeed going on... its really messed up that a search didn't find the file but yah tahts where it is

Yep. I faced the same issue when I installed Vista. And some more. Vista sucks, unfortunately.
