I've yet to find a way with vb to allow 'view all' when it comes to a thread, but you can view up to fifty at a time by going to your user cp, edit options, thread display options, and then change the Number of Posts to Show Per Page option. It should be set to 'use forum default' but you can change it to up to 50 posts per page.
