A possible correction:

4.4.9 I think "Space yards improve production." should really be stated as "Space yards improve construction." Tested this by scrapping a planetary space yard. No difference in production shown in the planetary window or Empire Status for that turn or the next.

EDIT: Another inaccuracy is the Last sentance in 4.7.2 as the construction rate for ships and bases is affected by population level.
