The Maker of Ruins and the Abomination of Desolation are pretty damned nasty and the other guys aren't exactly what you want to invite for a picnic either. Normal horrors are cute little fluffy-bunnies compared to these fellows.

But how often will my horror-marked Niefel Jarl SC meet those guys? He's already whopped Rarku, the Hunter of Heroes.
So what ought I to do with horror-marked units as a general advice? Do I suicide all but the most powerful SCs?
