i meant to mention that after all the hype over civ3 i like se4 tons more even though i don't know what i'm doing,

i guess i'm sick of review site giving glowing reviews of over hyped games..

another is heroes 4 which runs crappy on my amd 450 even though that's the recommended specs.
what i'm trying to say is i like shareware games more and more in spite of the fact that 90% per cent are puzzle or arcade clones of clones.....

the old" addage seek and ye shall find "really apllies to the great shareware titles that come out for the pure joy of game addiction and not just graphic heavy titles of the over praised big game publishers.

ttomm99, welcome, SE4 is very additive, in regards to reviews, IMHO, I usually check various game forums on the net on new games to get actual gamers opinions before I buy it. You can ask here just mark it OT (off topic) and you'll more then likely get responses. I to have Heros of Might Magic 4, in fact I'm playing a hotseat game, I do like it as its a different style and pace, but SE4 is my favorite and I'm usually always playing it either hotseat, sp, and just started learning PBW. Civ3 I have and played but it never really hooked me like the other Civ's. SE4 is way better and instead of Civ3 I like EU2 but thats my opinion only. Once again welcome and enjoy yourself with the game and on the fourm
