Be careful, oh Deikoon, sending your messengers around that way. While they will be accepted with all honours among us, and bathed in perfumed waters after their tiring travel... the filthy winged people of Caelum, for example, may slay your messengers just for fun, without thinking twice. They're violent and war-mongering. May Wulkh, the Beginning and the End, The Unforgiving Prince, Patron of Languages, Sword of Balance, chew all their dirty feathers.

The independents you can recruit on this map so far has been dissapointing. Usually when you see the indy's in a province that's the type you get to recruit there. But so far on this map that isnt the case.

Oh is that? Honored guests from Ermor and other brother nations were well received months ago before your barbarians learn how to behave.
Should Wulkh seeks his destruction, so shall it be.
