KRASNODAR, November 4 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's armed forces plans to buy up to 12 Ka-52 Hokum-B combat/reconnaissance helicopters in 2009, the Russian Air Force Commander Col. Gen. Alexander Zelin said on Tuesday.
So it looks like the Russians are fianlly getting the KA-52. Is this correct? Or is the in game date of Mid 90's more accurate?
All KA-52 (fifty two) are available from 2005 onwards in the current OOBs. KA-50 (fifty) is available from the 90s.

The information string for that one is "Version April/2008(C)2008 The Camo Workshop" in my backup of the version 4.0 release sets.

I also checked an old version I had (3.001) and there one KA-52 is 2003 ISD and another 2010. There are two alligators in that old OOB, and three in the latest one (all 2005 intro dates).

So if that info is going to be acted on then a 2010 in service date seems like it should be the final one, for the next MBT OOB release.

Cheers
Andy
