Question on Mega Evil

What would be a nice change in the MEE function is that the smaller empires make peace between them once the event is triggered. MM could either use the "team mod" that is already implemented or better insert one more line in the race settings file like "mega evil empire anger change against small empires = -50".

Then this race would reduce its anger against all other empires except the MEE by 50 every turn!
Soon all smaller empires would be allies against the MEE.
