I have one such mod in production, though I've been away from home and a dominions 3-equipped computer for two months, so it's on hold.

Here's a link to the forum thread with an early alpha version of the mod, Pax Malazica. Feel free to contribute ideas and/or graphics –�*I'll be getting back home and resuming work on it late next week, if everything goes as planned.
