The Law Offices of Eriu, Tuatha and Zorn hereby declare intent to file a notice of class action against BillyWitchDoctor.com and its subsidiaries (hereby referred to as the defendant). Eriu, Tuatha and Zorn and their clients thus represented (hereby referred to as the plaintiffs) seek an injunction against the defendants and damages totaling 7000 GP and 500 Blood Slaves for dispensing unapproved medication and unsolicited "male enhancement" email notifications and public display of a rampaging Giant Fetish in violation of several local codes and ordinances. Pending court date, late autumn, 3rd year of the ascension wars and further requests for discovery to ensue.
