Invasion Minimums?

Hi everyone,

This is a bug. If there are no aircraft at all (land-based or carrier-based), and surface ships defending, this will happen.

Just a quick note...I had something similiar happen late in an MP game at aluetian(sp?) islands. Attacked with a BB, 3CA, 3CL, and an amphib. Never had combat there at all, and the invasion failed. I am 100% sure there were no enemy ships there at the beginning of the turn, and almost, but not 100%, sure there were no ships there at the end of the turn. I didnt think to ask my opponent if he sent a patrol there.
