Another cheap indy commander with a Bow of War seems to be a more economical choice than that. |

This will be pretty expensive:devata+2bow of war+boots of quickness[fire, fire, fire, fire, fire, fire and flee].
Dont remneber if they came with magic paths so maybe you can add some nice spell in orders.

Re: 7 out of 7 uses of Bow of War + Retreat
Bow of War has 7 ammo. Well, 7x however many it shoots, but it can only fire 7 times in a single battle. That's why this thread is named "7 out of 7 uses of Bow of War", and that's why the original post lists 5xFire + Fire&Flee. Fire&Flee as in Fire, Fire, Retreat. Or Fire x7 and Retreat. |

Don't neglect a shroud of the battle saint or blessing if you've got a death blessing.

Re: 7 out of 7 uses of Bow of War + Retreat
Is fire and flee worth the difference between just a retreat?Especially with anything decked out so expensively.
I think I would definetly prefer a fire, fire, fire, fire, fire, retreat.

Fire and flee has some advantages but I tend to use it only in areas where every nearby province is capable of producing mounted archers.

Oh and wouldnt the blessed shroud thing be especially nice to add when you have the blessing for causing afflictions? With the Bow of War?

 That's what Baalz just said.
Fire and flee is simply to get 7/7 instead of 5/7.
