They have not announced their wish to cancel it, and hence they should be considered untrustworthy by anyone. We urge you to strike them now, while their forces are concentrated on their western borders. If you think you can ignore this problem - see the score graphs. They are there, on the top, just growing and growing.

Also, beware their lapdogs, the Arcoscephale, who DID announce a war with us, and have honored their contract of non-aggression pact with us. Still, they are working with Man and should be either totally decimated or at least castrated of their power.
