as Jim pointed out, there are two ways when creating a game on llamaserver to try and make it single-age.

the first is to chose "multi-age" under game settings.
the second would be to chose "single age complete" under General mods.

Whichever one you did in creating this game, try the other and recreate.

If you chose both, try w/ only one (game settings, I should think)

also, rename your mod as llama wishes it when trying any of this.
