Default "How the Mouse Wheel Works" for Dummies

Dear friends,
I am an idiot. I finally figured out, just now, by accident, why people like the mouse wheel. (Keep in mind that I use a computer all day long.) For the benefit of all you other dummies out there, here is the exciting news: YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP SPINNING THE WHEEL TO MAKE THE SCREEN SCROLL! Just click the wheel once and move the mouse slightly either up or down, and the screen will scroll continuously. Move the mouse slightly in the other direction, and it scrolls the other way. WHEEEE! KEWL!
Signed,
A total nerd

Not to mention the ability to sit back in your chair, hold the mouse like a remote control, and wheel through long documents while in a reclined position.

I've been doing that for a long time with a 3 button mouse.

"Just click the wheel once and move the mouse slightly either up or down, and the screen will scroll continuously."

Or if you're like me and find that function totally useless, you make it double-click instead
