Re: Tech/Component/Facility Viewer
Already this is a wonderful program, if you can add edit ability to it it'll be a modders dream!
Keep up the good work!

Re: Tech/Component/Facility Viewer
Stunning.
Question: How did we ever play without it?
My sweetheart thanks you also since she no longer has to ask me "how do I get X" and hope my answer is correct.

Re: Tech/Component/Facility Viewer
What, no sounds?
Sorry, it's all I could think about to complain about. This program is very slick. I agree if editing features were added, it would be a quite awesome program. But even as it is now it does what it claims to do very well.
How about adding a branch for race files to view their pics and data files info. At least the General file stuff, the other AI files are a bit long and detailed, not sure if they would fit this format or not. Of course you have amazed with this so far, so I shouldn't put it past you.

Re: Tech/Component/Facility Viewer
I tip my hat to u, thats quite the program youve made there
Very easy to use, program layout great, only real downside i see is the filesize because it was written in Python or something right?
I am eager to see how u do the layout for editing... there are alot of possible things to edit for components even. Multiple tab windows or such might be needed given the size of the tree list on the left side of the window. So im waiting to see how u pull that off

Re: Tech/Component/Facility Viewer
Added Vehicle sizes and intel projects to tree view. So now we have a component/facility/tech/intel projects/vehicle size Viewer. Next step: make the fields all editable so you can created new or edit the components/facilities etc.

Thanks for all the feedback! The program is actually written in Visual Basic 6. The bloated file size is due to the VB dll and the common controls OCX file. That's why I gave two links so one you run the setup program one you can just get the exe with is about 500k. Well at least untill I add some feature that needs a new DLL or OCX
